Made from estate grown grapes picked from our Newfield block, this Sauvignon Blanc has a complex and expressive nose bursting with fresh lime zest, gooseberry, ripe peach, crisp Granny Smith apple, and lush tropical notes. This vibrant white is as fresh as it is fun, with a beautifully balanced mid-palate. A lively interplay of racy acidity and supple, rip fruit creates a wine brimming with finesse. The finish is elegantly mineral driven, with remarkable persistence.
