Made from estate grown grapes picked from our Newfield block, this Sauvignon Blanc has a complex and expressive nose bursting with fresh white grapefruit, gooseberry, crunchy peach, lime, and light floral notes. This vibrant white is as fresh as it is fun, with a beautifully balanced mid-palate. A lively interplay of racy acidity and supple, ripe fruit creates a wine brimming with finesse. The finish is elegantly mineral driven, with remarkable persistence.
