You’re invited to an intimate evening at The Grange of Prince Edward Winery on Thursday, July 10th at 6pm for a collaborative countryside feast with acclaimed Montreal chef-turned-farmer David McMillan —a celebration of wine, food, and storytelling in the heart of Prince Edward County.
The evening kicks off with a wine tasting from 6–7PM, featuring The Grange’s latest releases poured by winemaker Jonas Newman.
David, a legendary figure in French-Canadian cuisine, has traded restaurant life for the rhythms of the land at his Quebec property, Hayfield Farms. For this one-night-only gathering, he joins forces with The Grange’s Chef Paul Tobias to create a multi-course dinner spotlighting ingredients from Hayfield and local County producers.
This special evening also celebrates the release of David’s new book, Spilled: Stories & Recipes From Natural Winemakers —a vivid blend of cookbook, travelogue, and wine journal that explores the soulful, raw beauty of natural winemaking. Each media guest will receive a complimentary copy.
This exclusive dinner is a celebration of community—bringing together farmers, winemakers, chefs, and storytellers to share in The Grange’s evolving culinary vision and honour a new chapter in David McMillan’s storied career.
