What’s Included:

• A multi-course seasonal feast by Chef Paul Tobias, showcasing ingredients sourced from local County farmers

• The launch of our new Farmers’ Series, featuring five wines from growers in Prince Edward County and Niagara

• An opportunity to meet and hear from a farmer who supplies our culinary program

• Curated wine pairings with the new Farmers’ Series wines

• Wine introductions by Winemaker Jonas Newman

• An intimate evening around the fire in the Great Hall

The new Farmers’ Series includes Cabernet Franc from Marynissen Estates, Syrah from Icellars Estate Winery, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir from Redtail Vineyards, and Sauvignon Blanc from Palatine Hills Estate Winery in collaboration with The Grange Winemaking Team.  

Each wine carries a little piece of the relationship behind it. Roses, milkweed, a beloved vineyard dog and waterfowl appear on the labels — personal references to the people and places who grow the fruit.

It’s a series rooted in friendship, mutual respect and a shared belief that where something comes from — and who grows it — is worth celebrating.

And that philosophy extends well beyond the vineyards.

From the farmers who grow our vegetables and raise the ingredients we serve, to the growers who tend the vineyards that give us our wines- from Mike Peddlesden who manages our own estate vineyards- to the many growers we source from for our Farmers’ Series - this evening is a celebration of the people who put Prince Edward County on the table.
