Crafted from estate-grown fruit from our Northfield Block, this Cabernet Franc is a beautifully expressive reflection of Prince Edward County's cool-climate terroir. Aromas of cassis, black plum and stewed cherry are layered with the varietals’ signature notes of savoury roasted red pepper, leather and a subtle hint of mocha. The palate is generous and beautifully textured, offering remarkable concentration, a rich, expansive mid-palate and finely integrated tannins. Fresh acidity provides balance and lift, carrying the wine to a long, elegant finish that speaks clearly of the exceptional terroir of our estate.
